The score that decides if your shop lives
Since July 2026, one number runs your TikTok shop: the Account Health Rating — AHR. It is a score from 0 to 1,000. Every US shop starts at 200. Good behavior and orders push it up slowly; violations pull it down fast. This page is the whole system on one screen, from TikTok's own published rules.
TikTok color-codes the score. Green means at least 200 points — a healthy shop. Orange means 51 to 199 — at risk of, or already under, milestone enforcement. Red means 50 or fewer — at risk of deactivation. At 0, the account may be permanently deactivated, and getting it back is, in TikTok's words, at their sole discretion.
New shops start at 200, which is the floor of green — not a cushion. The first violation a new shop earns can drop it straight into orange.
If your score drops to 150, 100 or 50, TikTok may block new listings and new mega-campaign enrollment — for 7 days at 150, 14 days at 100, 28 days at 50. TikTok also says it warns you when you are 10 points away from the next milestone. Treat that warning as the last cheap moment to act.
Four points for every 200 finished orders in the last 180 days — returned, cancelled, defective and sample orders do not count — capped at 20 points per week. The other source is quizzes: passing the policy quiz tagged to a violation earns points back, and a milestone quiz can shorten a restriction. Every point, earned or lost, resets after 180 days.
Do that maths honestly and the beginner's position is clear: orders rebuild a score at a crawl. Quizzes and time are the realistic way back.
Points come off for policy breaches and missed performance standards. How many per violation? TikTok's page says only that deductions 'depend on the severity and frequency of the violation.' There is no published deduction table — anyone who shows you one invented it. What IS published is the milestone table, and that is what a seller can actually plan around: not 'what did that cost me,' but 'how much room do I have left.'
Your Shop Performance Score (SPS) is a 0-to-5 grade of how well you perform — product satisfaction, fulfillment, service — over 90 days. TikTok states plainly that it takes NO enforcement action over a low SPS. The AHR is the compliance score, and it is the one that can close you. Beginners watch the wrong number because SPS is the friendlier-looking one.
| If your AHR drops to | Published consequence |
|---|---|
| 150 | No new mega campaign enrollment for 7 days, and no new listings for 7 days. |
| 100 | No new mega campaign enrollment for 14 days, and no new listings for 14 days. |
| 50 | No new mega campaign enrollment for 28 days, and no new listings for 28 days. |
| 0 | The seller account may be permanently deactivated. Reactivation is at TikTok's sole discretion. |
TikTok's wording is "may" — these are the published milestone actions, applied at TikTok's discretion.

In Seller Center, on the Shop Health page. The same page shows your most common policy violations — TikTok is telling you what to fix first; believe it.
The score only moves with activity — violations and orders. But TikTok also reserves deactivation outside the AHR entirely (fraud suspicion, legal requirements, off-score breaches). A green score is room to breathe, not armor.
Yes — points earned and points lost both reset 180 days after they landed, except points returned through a successful appeal or correction, which follow their own rule.
The checker above is free and always will be. The kit is the depth: the letters, the plan, and the sheets, in one place, stamped with the rules as checked October 22, 2026.
