The TikTok Shop danger check
Your shop has a health score — the Account Health Rating. Violations pull it down toward the lines where TikTok blocks your listings, then closes the shop. Answer in your own words below and see, in plain language: how close you are, what happens next, and which fix comes first.
Built on TikTok Shop's published US rules — AHR Requirements, Seller Enforcement Policy, Fulfillment Policy — checked October 22, 2026. TikTok has not published how many points a single violation costs; this check never pretends otherwise. It computes what IS published: the milestones, the deadlines, and your metric headroom.
The appeal letters, the 30-day score-recovery plan, and the listing pre-check sheets — built from TikTok's published US rules.
Every US shop starts at 200. Green is 200 and up. Orange is 51–199. Red is 50 and under. Cross a line going down and the published consequence lands:
| If your AHR drops to | Published consequence |
|---|---|
| 150 | No new mega campaign enrollment for 7 days, and no new listings for 7 days. |
| 100 | No new mega campaign enrollment for 14 days, and no new listings for 14 days. |
| 50 | No new mega campaign enrollment for 28 days, and no new listings for 28 days. |
| 0 | The seller account may be permanently deactivated. Reactivation is at TikTok's sole discretion. |
TikTok's wording is "may" — these are the published milestone actions, applied at TikTok's discretion.

Run the check above for your distance to the next line — the one number TikTok's dashboard doesn't frame for you.
Not in the US, not since July 2026. The 48-point system is dead; the AHR replaced it — and it runs the other way (higher is healthier). The old system vs. the new one.
Sometimes. Correctable and immediate-enforcement violations run on a 12–72 HOUR clock printed on the ticket. The 30 days is only the first-appeal window. The three clocks.
It doesn't. Probation limits your orders; your score is live from order #1 — and on a new shop, one late order in ten is already a 10% late rate. Probation, honestly.
Find your violation in your own words — what it means, what TikTok hears on appeal, and the first fix:
Orders not scanned by the carrier inside the dispatch window, deliveries running past the deliver-by date.
Listing a product on TikTok's Prohibited Products list — illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, recalled, or regulated items.
A recall, a safety issue, or missing safety documentation (test reports, certificates) for a product you sell.
Wrong category, incomplete product information, descriptions under 30 words, missing Prop 65 / choking-hazard declarations, claims printed on packaging, off-platform links or QR codes in a listing.
Trademark or copyright infringement, listing counterfeit products, or selling a brand without brand authorization.
Fraudulent orders, suspicious transactions, or activity TikTok reads as manipulating the platform's integrity systems.
Onboarding and verification mismatches, account finance issues, or account dormancy.
Review manipulation — incentivized, arranged, or otherwise engineered reviews — and review records TikTok counts against the shop.
