Disclaimer

ShopStayOpen provides general information about TikTok Shop's published seller policies for education and planning. It is not legal, tax, or business advice for your specific situation, and it does not create any professional relationship.

Key limits, stated plainly:

• Only TikTok decides enforcement, appeals, milestone actions and deactivation — and TikTok's policies state that it may also act outside the Account Health Rating entirely. A "SAFE" verdict means your published numbers are inside the published lines. It is not a promise about your shop.
• TikTok has not published how many AHR points any individual violation costs. This site never prints a per-violation deduction as fact; where recovery is discussed, it uses the published mechanisms (quizzes, corrections, successful appeals, finished orders, the 180-day reset).
• Policies change. Every rule summary carries its checked date (October 22, 2026 for the current dataset). Verify time-sensitive deadlines on the notice TikTok sent you — the deadline printed on your ticket controls.
• Figures attributed to TikTok are quoted or summarized from its official US Seller Center pages, which are linked throughout this site.
